Marking Principle:
The wavelength of the UV marking machine laser is 355nm, and the machine uses three-level intracavity frequency doubling technology. Compared with infrared lasers, the focus of 355 UV light is small, which can greatly reduce the mechanical deformation of the material and the processing heat. The effect is small. The working principle is that high-energy UV photons directly destroy the molecular bonds on the surface of many non-metallic materials, thereby separating the molecules from the object. This method does not generate high heat, the spot is small, and there is almost no thermal effect on the processing, so it is called cold processing.
